
Rasoi was founded in 2001 by Kanwal Prakash with a simple yet powerful vision — to create a family restaurant where people could sit together, eat together, and celebrate together.
At a time when standalone family restaurants were rare in Ajmer, Kanwal Prakash saw the need for a warm, welcoming space that went beyond fast food. With his strong experience in the food industry, he wanted to give the city something more meaningful — a restaurant built on comfort, quality, and togetherness.
From day one, Rasoi was designed as a place where families could relax, enjoy good vegetarian food, and feel at home. That vision remains unchanged even today.
